2. Overview
OneCryption is designed for local processing and offline key exchange. Messages, files, and encryption keys are not uploaded to OneCryption servers. The app does not require an account, analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, cloud sync, or message storage operated by us.
3. Data processing inside the app
Encryption keys, messages, and files are stored locally on your device. When you exchange identities, keys, or encrypted payloads, this happens through mechanisms you initiate between devices, such as nearby peer-to-peer transfer, local sharing, or file sharing.
Apple's App Privacy label for OneCryption states that the developer does not collect data from this app.
4. In-app purchases
For purchase and subscription validation, OneCryption may use Apple App Store infrastructure and RevenueCat. These services process the technical purchase data required to validate access to premium features, such as purchase receipts and anonymous identifiers. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

5. Website
This static website is built without analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies. Server logs may be created by your hosting provider for security and delivery purposes. If you contact us by email, your email address and message content are processed only to respond to your request, unless legal retention obligations apply.
6. Legal basis
Contact requests are processed under Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR when related to pre-contractual or contractual communication, or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Where consent is required, processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data for advertising. The app's intended communication happens between devices you authorize.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal data we may hold. In most app usage scenarios we hold no personal app data. To exercise your rights, contact info@neelixx.com.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated if the app, website, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version is published on this page.
